Registration Instructions
There are 3 categories to join the conference for your registration. Please choose the correct option from above form. And the registration guidelines for each could be found as follows:
Author (Presentation at the conference and publication of your paper in journals))
Presenter (Making a presentation only on the conference without paper publishing)
Delegate (Participating in the conference with NO presentation or paper publication). Delegates can Log in the electronic system and register directly.
NOTE
1) One regular registration can cover a paper
within 5-8 pages, including all figures, tables,
and references.
2) In order to attend the conference the
conference, at least one author of
each paper needs complete the registration. Each
registration entitles only one person to attend
the conference.
3) Due to force majeure,
the organizer has the right to change the
conference time and venue. We will not bear the
cost such as airplane ticket, hotel
accommodation, etc.
Registration Refund Policy
Request of cancellation and
refund due to personal reasons, the following
refund policy applies.
1) 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of
payment refund
2) 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of
payment refund
3) Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no
refund
